Traveling extensively in India, residing in a yoga ashram and completing the Bikram Yoga teacher training course in June 2008 has given Simi powerful insights as a teacher and how she approaches herself on and off the mat. Simi feels honoured to share this healing practice with others and increasingly feels touched by the students she meets: all so focused and determined.

Cristian Liotta

Cristian completed his teacher training in 2010. Cristian credits his practice of Bikram Yoga with bringing him the realisation that he could take responsibility for his own mind and body. Cristian’s teaching style: passionate, calm and grounded

Harry Hewetson

Harry loves the immense sense of well-being that regular practise brings.

Harry’s teaching style: mellow yet firm

Anna Mott

Anna completed her Bikram teacher training in 2003, having been drawn to the practice as a result of chronic back pain and semi-paralysis in her fingers. Despite three years of physio, Anna's condition only improved when she took up Bikram Yoga. Prior to teaching, Anna worked in advertising and publishing.

Anna’s teaching style: fun, relaxed and informative

Ros’s teaching style: compassionate and humorous

Melanie Lowe

Mel's yoga path started 13 years ago when she wanted to help her father recover from a stroke. In 2009, Mel returned to the ashram in India she visited during earlier travels and got her diploma in Yogic Studies. Melissa McIntyre

(& Polly!)

Studio Director

Melissa’s yoga journey began in 2006 when she started practising at the Fulham Hot Bikram Yoga studio shortly after it first opened. She made the decision to attend Bikram Yoga teacher training in 2010, putting her on the path to having her own studio - something she always wanted to do. That dream became a reality when at the end of 2014 her journey came full circle and she purchased the former Fulham HBY studio. Reflecting on this she says, ‘the Confucius quote, “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”, sums up how I feel – how we all feel – about the work we are so lucky do. I am truly blessed.'

Melissa’s teaching style: relaxed and reassuring

The moment she walked into the hot room in 2007 she knew she'd found what she was looking for. Jennie loves the mental, physical and emotional challenges she faces in class combined with the amazing sense of peace and calm afterwards. Jennie completed her Bikram Yoga teacher training in 2013.
