Bikram Yoga (60 minutes) Silent Class Studio 2


A unique class for those looking to deepen their practice and understand the more meditative benefits of the Bikram series.

You will be guided through the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises with very little to no dialogue or alignment cues.
 
This class is suitable for those who are quite familiar with the Bikram sequence and can get in and out of the postures without guidance.
 
We would suggest having taken at least five classes before coming along to this class.
