Please note that our studios are heated to 40C for Bikram classes. Other classes are taught at room temperature to 35C. These temperatures may vary depending on weather conditions and size of class.
HOT BIKRAM YOGA (90 Minute)
The original hot yoga. You will be guided through your dialogue-led practice doing two sets each of the 26 postures and two breathing exercises.
The heat boosts circulation, mobility, and detoxification, while mindful breath control fosters mental resilience.
HOT BIKRAM YOGA (60 Minute)
The same classic sequence with a faster pace, this shorter version delivers amazing benefits and wonderful results. All 26 postures and two breathing exercises are on offer (some performed twice, others once) in this condensed class.
HOT POWER YOGA (45 Minute)
Hot Power Yoga is a vigorous practice performed in a heated room, designed to enhance strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.It combines bodyweight resistance, prolonged pose holds, and dynamic flows that engage core muscles and stabilizers.
This full-body workout is ideal for those seeking both physical challenge and mental focus
ASHTANGA VINYASA (60 Minute)
This class offers a clear and supportive introduction to the essentials of Ashtanga yoga and provides a strong foundation for all Vinyasa yoga forms.
Students will explore the primary series, gaining insight into its structure and flow while deepening their understanding of breath and movement.
Ideal for beginners or anyone refining their practice.
The class is practised at a warm temperature.
WARM VINYASA (60 Minute)
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move seamlessly from one to another using breath, creating a 'flow'. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as 'arranging something in a special way'. In vinyasa, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

WARM VINYASA + YOGA NIDRA (60 Minute)
Stretch, Meditate and Cleanse.
Immerse yourself in the softness of candlelight, enchanting soft music, a calm Vinyasa flow followed by a Yoga Nidra meditation and an optional Chakra cleansing*
Feel refreshed, rejuvenated and renewed.
*The Chakra cleansing is after the meditation at the end of the class.
ROCKET YOGA (60 Minute)
Rocket yoga is a vinyasa style yoga practised in a room at moderate temperature.
The sequence is designed to invigorate and strengthen the body with advanced postures that can be adapted to suit the body's current abilities.
YIN w/ MEDITATION (75 Minute)
This is a slow, steady, soothing class where individual poses are held for longer to work deep into the "yin" tissues.
At the end of the class, there is guided a meditation using visualisation techniques and breath work to encourage maximum relaxation and restoration.

YIN + TIBETAN SOUND BOWLS (60 Minute)
Tibetan bowls focus on healing and cleansing our seven chakras - or energy centres - through the use of sound. As energetic beings, our chakras carry unique vibrations. Each of the seven sound bowls used is synchronised to the vibration of our individual chakras. Achieve greater physical and emotional release through sound combined with yin asanas.
This is a candlelit class to encourage maximum meditation.

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA (60 Minute)
A wonderfully relaxing class that allows you to deeply unwind, relax and connect with your breath and body leaving you feeling rejuvenated and calm.

INFERNO HiiT PILATES (45 Minute)
The class is based on Pilates principles and incorporates HIIT, cardio and strength training and is a full body high intensity workout.
Like yoga, Pilates focuses on breath, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. This fun and feisty class is a great complement to your yoga practice!

HOT MAT PILATES (60 Minute)
A combination of traditional and contemporary pilates, practiced in a heated room.
The class focuses on core strength, flexibility, coordination & mobility, offering a low-impact yet intense full body workout.
With dynamic movements and layered exercises, you'll experience a deep burn that will leave you feeling strong, balanced and empowered in both body and mind.
