Inferno Hiit Pilates (60 minutes) Studio 1


This class is taught by:
The class is based on Pilates principles and incorporates HIIT, cardio and strength training and is a challenging full body high intensity workout.It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat.
Like yoga, Pilates focuses on breath, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility.
