  • Inferno Hiit Pilates (60 minutes) Studio 1
  • The class is based on Pilates principles and incorporates HIIT, cardio and strength training and is a challenging full body high intensity workout.It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat.
    Like yoga, Pilates focuses on breath, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility.

  • A combination of traditional and contemporary pilates, practiced in a heated room. The class focuses on core strength, flexibility, coordination & mobility, offering a low-impact yet intense full body workout. With dynamic movements and layered exercises, you'll experience a deep burn that will leave you feeling strong, balanced and empowered in both body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
