Classic 90 (Bikram Yoga 90 minutes)
Karen gained her Bikram Yoga teaching certificate in 2011. She was originally drawn to this challenging yoga practice due to the immediate relief for her chronic lower back pain. Karen's philosophy is, 'To know yoga, is to know peace…no yoga, no peace.'
FYI: Karen is also trained in the Bikram pregnancy series, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga.
Karen’s teaching style: dynamic, compassionate and fun
Barbara comes from a musical theatre and dance background, performing in the West End musical Cats for 10 years in addition to 42nd Street. Barbara found the Bikram series extremely therapeutic for all her accumulated dance injuries. Barbara loves the challenge Bikram Yoga creates, acknowledging that the discipline and the rewards in class all help to create more discipline in her life - both mentally and physically. She completed her teacher training in 2013.

Mel's yoga path started 13 years ago when she wanted to help her father recover from a stroke. In 2009, Mel returned to the ashram in India she visited during earlier travels and got her diploma in Yogic Studies. Upon returning to London, she discovered Bikram Yoga and immediately fell in love with the heat. Mel attended teacher training in 2011 and has been teaching full-time ever since.
FYI: Mel is also a qualified Forrest Yoga instructor.
Mel’s teaching style: loving, warm and positive
Monde's first Bikram Yoga class in December 2010 was a huge turning point in her life. Full of energy and vitality, she was hooked and immediately knew she wanted to teach. As a sports massage therapist Monde has a passion for anatomy and physiology and understands the major role Bikram Yoga plays to improve the functions of the body. She strongly believes that regular practise is the ideal way to nuture the body and soul to help deal with the stress and demands of daily life. Monde feels very privileged to be able to share her passion, enthusiasm and knowledge with others. She completed teacher training in 2014.

The original hot yoga. You will be guided through your dialogue-led practice doing two sets each of the 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Pure Bikram.
