Yin Yoga works on the yin tissues - also known as the connective tissues. In Yin Yoga you will experience a slow, steady and calming class where you will hold individual poses for longer to work deep into these tissues.  At the end of the class you will be guided through a relaxing meditation using visualisation techniques and breath work.
 
The studio will be warm, not hot, for this class.  This is a candlelit class to encourage maximum meditation and relaxation.
