Our studio is heated to around 40°C for Bikram classes, creating the ideal environment for this style of practice. Other classes are held at room temperature or gently heated up to 35°C. Please note that actual temperatures may vary slightly depending on the weather and class size. We recommend staying hydrated and listening to your body throughout your practice!
