TBC TBC instructs the following:
- Inferno Hiit Pilates (45 mintues) Studio 1
- Yin Yoga (60 minutes) Studio 2
The class is based on Pilates principles and incorporates HIIT, cardio and strength training and is a challenging full body high intensity workout.It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat

A wonderfully relaxing class that allows you to deeply unwind, relax and connect with your breath and body leaving you feeling rejuvenated and calm.
In Yin Yoga you will experience a slow, steady and soothing class where you will hold individual poses for longer to work deep into the 'yin' tissues. When you gently stretch connective tissue by holding a Yin pose for an extended period you make your muscles and tissues a little longer, stronger and more resilient (which is also a great complement to your Bikram practice!)
The class is practised at a moderate temperature and is candlelit when it’s dark outside to create a serene atmosphere, but during daylight hours, we embrace natural light.
