Rakesh Jadhav instructs the following:
  • Yin + Sound Bowls (60 minutes) Studio 1
  • Tibetan bowls focus on healing and cleansing our seven chakras - or energy centres - through the use of sound. As energetic beings, our chakras carry unique vibrations. Each of the seven sound bowls used is synchronised to the vibration of our individual chakras.  Achieve greater physical and emotional release through sound combined with yin asanas.
     
    The class is practised at a moderate temperature and is candlelit when it’s dark outside to create a serene atmosphere, but during daylight hours, we embrace natural light.

  • Ashtanga Vinyasa (60 minutes) Studio 2
  • This class offers a clear and supportive introduction to the essentials of Ashtanga yoga and provides a strong foundation for all Vinyasa yoga forms.
    Students will explore the primary series, gaining insight into its structure and flow while deepening their understanding of breath and movement.
    Ideal for beginners or anyone refining their practice.
    The class is practised at a warm temperature.

  • Rocket Vinyasa Yoga (60 minutes) Studio 2
  • Rocket yoga is a vinyasa style yoga practised in a room at moderate temperature.
    The sequence is designed to invigorate and strengthen the body with advanced postures that can be adapted to suit the body's current abilities.
    Expect a dynamic vinyasa class that will make you sweat, but allow you to rest when necessary.
