Karen gained her Bikram Yoga teaching certificate in 2011. She was originally drawn to this challenging yoga practice due to the immediate relief for her chronic lower back pain. Karen's philosophy is, 'To know yoga, is to know peace…no yoga, no peace.'
FYI: Karen is also trained in the Bikram pregnancy series, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga.

Inferno Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity mat-based workout. IP strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Like yoga, Pilates focuses on breath, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility.
In the space of 45 minutes IP incorporates HIIT, cardio and strength training. This fun and feisty class is a great way to stay fit at home!
